Privacy policy.
The short version: we only use your details to respond to your enquiry and do your work. We never sell them.
Who we are
Coyne Group is a family-run group of trades serving Essex and London - building, bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing, flooring and landscapes. For anything to do with your personal information, contact us at info@coynegrp.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the message you write. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media, we hold the details you share with us there too. We do not collect anything else about you through this website.
How we use it
We use your details for one thing: responding to your enquiry - answering questions, arranging visits, preparing estimates and carrying out the work you ask us to do. In data protection terms this is our legitimate interest in running the business. We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Who handles your data
This website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiry form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service. Both act only on our instructions. If you message us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, those services handle your message under their own privacy policies. Beyond that, your details stay within the Coyne family business.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not run analytics that identify you. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or project, and afterwards only where we have to - for example records connected to invoices and guarantees, which UK law requires us to retain for a period.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@coynegrp.co.uk and we will sort it out. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
